Shipping

We know that you really want to receive your new glasses, that’s why Òptica Gràcia sends you the glasses directly home, or if you prefer you can pick it up at Òptica Gràcia Palafrugell or also at Òptica Gràcia Platja d’Aro.

How does it work?

Before finalizing the process of your purchase you can select to have your order delivered to your home or in any of our 2 physical optics (Òptica Gràcia Palafrugell or also in Òptica Gràcia Platja d’Aro).

At Correos Express you can track your shipment in real time by checking with the Tracking Number you will receive by mail.

The day your order is ready we will send you an email where you give the delivery date and the Tracking Number so you can modify it.

Shipping to Spain € 5.00

  • Collection in our stores:
    Òptica Gràcia Palafrugell or also Òptica Gràcia Platja d’AroFree always.
  • Local Shipping:
    Deliveries within the town of Platja d’Aro or Palafrugell will be made in 24 / 48h, free of charge.
  • Spain:
    Shipping within the country will cost €5.00 with a period of approximately 4-5 business days.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
    Shipments will have a delivery period of 7 business days, with a cost of €14.50.
  • Balearics:
    Shipments will be made with a delivery period of 3-5 business days at a cost of €7.00.
  • Portugal:
    Shipments to Portugal are made within 3-5 business days with a cost of €6.80.
  • France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Holland, Italy:
    The delivery time is 4-5 business days with a cost of €22.00.
  • Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic:
    The delivery time is 4-5 business days with a cost of €28.00.
  • Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Bosnia, Serbia, Switzerland:
    The delivery time is 7-10 business days, depending on the distance, with a cost of €50.00.

Important

Shipping costs are calculated for orders up to 1 kg in weight. For bulky orders of large quantities, please send an email with the order to be made together with the billing information to be able to make the corresponding charge according to the weight and volume of the order.

You should keep in mind that some shipments may have a customs charge depending on the destination. These amounts are foreign to Òptica Gràcia and must be paid once the order arrives.

Guarantees and after sales service

All the glasses that are exposed in opticagracia.es are authentic and certified original brands and have a 2 year warranty that covers only manufacturing defects.

The warranty covers the replacement or repair of the defective part. To make use of the guarantee it will be necessary to present the original card and certificates that is attached with the glasses + the invoice or purchase ticket + and its original packaging and case.

The warranty does not cover the crystals (scratches, breaks due to bad handling of both the frame and the crystals).

In the case of needing any replacement of parts not included in the warranty or after the warranty period, opticagracia.es undertakes to send a quote via e-mail before making any arrangement.
